Combining my interest of people, travel, technology and media, empathy is a constant skill I have crafted and developed over time. The ability to listen, process and understand people comes to me with ease.
Delving into the world of UX allows me to utilise all the skills I have gained over time and merge them with my curiosity and interest for technology, innovation that works, and that is also useful. I want to continue learning and growing within UX in order to participate in creating memorable and seamless experiences for users in the fashion, media and travel sectors.

The way I work is key to what I produce. I research, document, prototype, test, iterate, design and deliver.
This process is adopted from the Hasso-Plattner Institute of Design. It’s extremely useful in tackling complex problems that are non-defined or unknown.
By understanding the human needs involved, by re-framing the problem in human-centric ways, by creating many ideas in brainstorming sessions, and by adopting a hands-on approach in prototyping and testing it makes it far easier to gain insight into what the user needs and the best way to find a solution to that problem.
It is important to note that the five stages are not always sequential — they do not have to follow any specific order and they can often occur in parallel and be repeated iteratively.
